It was quoted in the newspaper that "Miami County Children Services could not be reached" when contacted about the tragic death of the Troy baby. Why could could they not be reached? Why could no one comment on this situation. Privacy issues.....perhaps. But it was public information that the father was convicted of child abuse before, and Children Services had to know about this.
The system is flawed, and these type of things continue to happen. When will our public and public officials finally take a better look at how things are going at CSB? |
